### Terms of Service — Encased

These terms govern your use of the Encased store and any purchases you
make. By using the store, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree,
please do not use the store.

**About us**

Encased is a trading-card retailer based in Vancouver, British Columbia,
Canada. You can reach us at colee67821@gmail.com.

**Eligibility**

You must be at least the age of majority in your province, state, or
country to make a purchase. By placing an order, you confirm you meet
this requirement.

**Products and listings**

We make every reasonable effort to describe and photograph items
accurately. Trading cards, particularly raw (ungraded) singles, are
subject to subjective condition assessment — please review the listing
photos carefully before buying. Colours may render slightly differently
across screens. Graded slabs reflect the assessment of the listed
third-party grading company; we do not warrant grades.

**Pricing and payment**

Prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated. We
may change prices at any time. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel
an order if a listing contains a clear pricing error, even after an order
has been placed; in that case, we will refund any payment in full.

**Order acceptance**

Receipt of an order confirmation email does not constitute final
acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to cancel orders for any
reason — including suspected fraud, stock errors, or shipping issues —
and will refund payment in full if we do.

Encased stands behind the authenticity of every item we sell. See our

**Shipping, returns, and refunds**

Our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy form part of these terms.

**Limitation of liability**

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Encased's liability for any claim
arising out of or related to your use of the store or any product
purchased is limited to the amount you paid for the product giving rise
to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or
consequential damages.

**Intellectual property**

All content on the store — including product photos, written descriptions,
and the Encased name and logo — is the property of Encased or its
licensors. You may not copy or republish it without permission. Pokémon
and other trading-card brand names referenced on the store are trademarks
of their respective owners; Encased is an independent retailer and is not
affiliated with The Pokémon Company, Wizards of the Coast, or any other
publisher unless explicitly stated.

**Governing law**

These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the laws of
Canada applicable in British Columbia. Any disputes will be resolved in
the courts located in British Columbia.

**Changes**

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the store after
a change indicates your acceptance.
