### Shipping Policy — Encased

Encased ships from Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. Cards are packed
with care and tracking is included on every order.

**Processing time**

Orders are packed and shipped within **1–2 business days** of payment,
excluding weekends and Canadian statutory holidays. You will receive an
email with tracking once your order is on the way.

**Shipping rates and times**

- **Canada — Tracked Lettermail / Tracked Packet**: 3–7 business days.
  Rate calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
- **United States — Tracked Packet USA**: 5–10 business days. Rate
  calculated at checkout.
- **International**: Available by request. Email us before ordering for
  a quote and confirmation that we can ship to your country.

**Packaging**

Raw singles ship in penny sleeves and toploaders, sealed in team bags,
inside rigid mailers. Graded slabs ship in bubble mailers or boxes with
additional padding. Sealed product is wrapped to prevent crushing.

**Insurance**

Orders over **$200 CAD** are shipped insured at no extra cost to you.
Lower-value orders can be upgraded to insured shipping on request before
checkout — contact us to arrange.

**Lost or damaged shipments**

If your tracking shows no movement for 7+ business days, or your package
arrives damaged, email colee67821@gmail.com with your order number. For
damaged packages, photograph the package and contents before unpacking
further. Claims must be opened within 14 days of the expected delivery
date.

**Address accuracy**

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Encased is not
responsible for orders shipped to addresses entered incorrectly. If you
spot a mistake, email us immediately and we will correct it if the order
has not yet shipped.

**Customs and duties (international orders)**

For international shipments, the buyer is responsible for any duties,
taxes, or customs fees imposed by their country.
