### Refund Policy — Encased

Trading cards are sensitive to condition and authenticity. Please read
this policy carefully before purchasing. By placing an order, you agree
to the terms below.

**Returns window**

You have **14 days from delivery** to request a return on eligible items.
Requests made after 14 days will not be honoured.

**Eligibility by category**

- **Raw singles.** Returnable if the card differs materially from the
  listing photos and description (for example, undisclosed damage or wrong
  card). Not returnable due to subjective condition disagreements once
  delivered, unless supported by clear evidence the item was misrepresented.
- **Graded slabs.** Returnable only if the slab arrives cracked, scratched,
  or otherwise damaged in transit, or if the slab and cert do not match the
  listing. The third-party grade itself is not a basis for return.
- **Sealed product.** Returnable within 14 days only if the product is in
  its original, factory-sealed condition. Any opened, tampered, or
  weighed/searched packs and boxes are not eligible for return.

**How to request a return**

Email colee67821@gmail.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to
return, and a brief description of the issue. Include clear photos for any
damage or misrepresentation claims. We will respond within 2 business days
with next steps.

**Return shipping**

If a return is approved because we made an error or the item was
misrepresented, we cover return shipping. For all other approved returns,
the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and must use a tracked,
insured method. Encased is not responsible for returns lost in transit.

**Refunds**

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund to
your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Refunds cover the
item price; shipping fees are non-refundable except where Encased was at
fault.

**Damaged in transit**

Take photos of the package and item before any further unpacking and email
us within 48 hours of delivery. We will work with you on a replacement,
refund, or insurance claim.

**Order cancellations**

Orders can be cancelled for a full refund any time before they ship. Once
shipped, the standard return policy applies.
